NG & LAM Solicitors was founded in 1994.  

We have now developed into an efficient and professional team of more than 12 professional and supporting staff.   The Firm provides local and overseas customers extensive legal  services ranging from personal and commercial matters to complicated litigation claims. 

With the aid of new IT technology,  the Firm is now able to provide services to foreign enterprises more effectively and efficiently.   Our clients also come form Canada, United States of American, Europe and Australia.

After 1997, the Firm also works closely with the law firms and consultants in PRC and oversea legal practitioners assisting foreign companies and customers  in expanding their business into the PRC market.   We further assist local and foreign companies in  setting up Resident Representative Offices, establishing Joint Venture Enterprises; Co-operation Enterprises and Wholly Owned  Foreign Enterprises or Companies with limited liabilities PRC. 

In Hong Kong, we work closely with Professional Accountants help overseas and local companies in settling up new ventures and companies.  We help both private and public companies in corporate re-structuring in financial or flotation exercise.

Our Organization

The operation and principal business of the Firm are handled by 4 Divisions.  Each Division is organized into teams of specific area of work.

Apart form normal business, the Associate Business Committee also looks into the change of the society and will explore new scope of work form time to time to cope with client's need.

We are now developing the regime of IT laws and getting experience in digital media and web site development contracts.
